Mrs Muffin has great interest in muffins since her years in Texas, USA back in year 1997. Mrs muffin had tried out hundreds of recipes from different sources since then. Mrs Muffin had derived her own secret recipes of making muffins which are so light and fluffy, most liked by everyone.

How I started to make Muffins

Mrs Muffin: Singapore; I remembered my stay in Japan in year 2001-2003. I had seen how delicated the Japanese were at making their bakery products. Many of their cakes and breads were baked with fresh fruits. I started to bake my own version of muffins, I even used other more exotic fresh fruits like durian and jack fruit. It is a success! You can never miss it!

Orange Muffins, bake with fresh squeeze orange juice and grated orange rind. One is never enough!!
